Here is a update Allan:

Before coming to boot camp, I was overweight, enjoyed too much junk food as a steady diet, and had little energy to work out after finishing work for the day.

When I arrived at boot camp, Allan motivated me to change my dietary ways, as well as get up early to work out every morning. I ended up losing over 20 pounds, as well as a lot of body fat. One of my main reasons for attending boot camp was that I was going to El Salvador to build houses, and wanted my body to stand up to the heat and hard work. Allan and boot camp more than prepared me, and I was left with a very rewarding experience that I will remember the rest of my life.

Thanks so much Allan, and I would recommend this program to anyone!

Wow Allan:

I can't tell you the difference Boot camp has made in my life. My energy, has shot through the roof!!.
I have lost 30 lbs of fat in the last 3 boot camps and am so glad I signed up for the six month program. I was skeptical at first but you promised and reassured me that it would work. You weren't kidding . It has changed my life.
Thank you so much and to anyone reading this who is on the fence about joining you would be crazy not to.

Hey Allan,
Thanks so much for the great experience this past month at boot camp. I really enjoyed myself and could see my body and stamina improving each day, which is great. I’m going to El Salvador on March 12 to build a house for some needy people, and this really prepared my body for working in the heat.

Allan: the new people in our group were asking me about any results I had a achieved in my first Boot camp and I thought I would share with you what I shared with them. Within 3 weeks of starting boot camp I had shaved 5 mins off my 10km run time. I think this is directly the result of core strengthening but equally important the drive you inspire to work harder! I am now wearing suits I could not before 5 weeks of boot camp. I have lost inches not weight and it is apparent. My colleagues keep asking me " what are you doing at that Boot Camp"?
