TrainerJan Callangan - Her clarity in pursuing a personal
training career came from her passion from helping other people.
This has been a natural progression from a lifetime of participation
in sports and fitness. She has been blessed with the many
benefits that this type of lifestyle brings. Through her experience
as a trainer her clients have been inspired to change their
lifestyles and love it!
Now it is her mission to share and inspire people to reap
the same benefits. Being fit opens many doors which were once
closed. As fitness levels improve clients notice their natural
tendency towards more active lifestyles outside the club.
As part of an active lifestyle Jan actively participates in
badminton, swimming, volleyball and skiing all of which have
been an integral part of her life.
Jan makes things happen! She is highly motivated to ensure
her clients not only meet, but go beyond their fitness objectives.
She believes in challenging her clients and being a great
coach by holding clients accountable to their nutrition and
health goals. Training with Jan, you can expect to feel stronger,
